CrossFit Classes

CrossFit classes offer an intense workout in a group environment. Training in a group provides the added benefit of competition and encouragement. It doesn’t matter what your current level of fitness is, you will learn to test your limits under strict supervision and with the support of your training partners.

These classes are nothing like the standard aerobics, boxercise or step classes you may be familiar with. We utilise only strict, functional, compound movements. We introduce intensity when correct form and consistency is achieved.
You will first learn how to perform the exercises before progressing to performing the workouts at the prescribed level.

Memberships

For the best results, CrossFit prescribes a “3 on 1 off” or “5 on 2 off” training schedule. This means participating in a class 3 or 5 days in a row with either 1 or 2 days off.
1 monthly membership – $200
3 monthly membership* – SAVE 5% – $570
6 monthly membership* – SAVE 10% – $1080
12 month membership* – SAVE 15% – $2040

All payments are via direct debit of a bank account, debit or credit card. Payment by debit or credit card will incur a 2.2% fee, Amex a 4.4% fee,  cash is not accepted or held on premises.

Membership Pack

As a CrossFit Sandringham community member you will also receive the following membership pack when you sign up, valued at $85:
  • A fantastic Members Guide to help you during the initial stages of your CrossFit journey

The Members Guide will provide you with information about:

  • Training concepts

  • Identifying training levels, defining goals and benchmark workouts
  • Food, workout and personal records journals

  •  A voucher for discounted personal training sessions – SAVE $45

 

For those athletes out there who are already committed to a sport that inclueds a structured training schedule, we also offer a 10 session pass (to be used within 2 months of purchase) – $250. This options does not include all the benefits of full membership in the CrossFit Sandringham community.

Visiting CrossFitters from other CrossFit Affiliates are always welcome. A session will cost you $25.
